About Lounge Chair JT-001-94

  • Base material: Multi-layer solid wood frame; all wooden components planed on four sides; inner wood moisture content 8%-13%; insect-proof and rot-proof treated; woven nylon webbing interlaced as the base, with linen padding between the webbing and foam. Interior padding is dry and hygienic, free from rot, sand, or metal debris; all fillings are clean and odorless.
  • Finish: Eco-friendly water-based lacquer from Yitubao, Dabao, Huarun, or equivalent brands; harmful substance release meets relevant national environmental standards; smooth surface, no obvious particles or specks, uniform color, high hardness, strong abrasion resistance, long-lasting finish; sealed-base staining lacquer process, four primers and two topcoats, clearly expressing solid wood texture.
  • Upholstery: Premium fabric, free formaldehyde not detected, no color difference, treated with liquid dyeing and moisture-proof processes. Long-lasting gloss, highly breathable, highly abrasion-resistant, odorless, good elasticity, clear grain, healthy and eco-friendly, durable.
  • Foam: High-density, high-resilience virgin foam, density 45#. Medium firmness, excellent resilience, strong deformation resistance, ergonomically designed for comfortable seating.
  • Legs: Imported solid ash, moisture content ≤9%, high-temperature baked, insect-proof and mold-proof; water-based clear lacquer finish, highly scratch-resistant and water-resistant.
