About Console Table Z-3038-61

  • Base material: E1-grade solid wood plywood, formaldehyde release ≤0.025 mg/m³; top with premium wood veneer, natural high-end grain, stain-resistant, impact-resistant, highly abrasion-resistant, free from knots, rot, cracks, wormholes, bark pockets, discoloration, etc.; color-consistent substrate; strong load-bearing, good stability; zinc alloy embedded nuts in the tabletop ensure secure connection with legs and beams.
  • Finish: Eco-friendly water-based lacquer from Yitubao, Dabao, Huarun, or equivalent brands; harmful substance release meets relevant national environmental standards; smooth surface, no obvious particles or specks, uniform color, high hardness, strong abrasion resistance, long-lasting finish; sealed-base staining lacquer process, four primers and two topcoats, clearly expressing solid wood texture.
  • Adhesive: Water-based adhesive; free formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, and xylene not detected.
  • Legs: Imported solid ash, moisture content ≤9%, high-temperature baked, insect-proof and mold-proof; eco-friendly oil-based clear lacquer finish, highly scratch-resistant and water-resistant.
  • Fittings: Welded black carbon steel, powder-coated; table legs and beams connected with patented quick-release structure, flexible to assemble/disassemble and stable. Matte black finish. Strong oxidation resistance. No missed coating, rust, discoloration, or fading; coating is smooth and uniform in color, free from sagging, lumps, or overspray.
